I am a GIS Analyst, ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator, Data Analyst, and Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience building data-driven systems that support real-world decision-making. My professional journey began in Nepal, where I completed my Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and started working in data analytics within the financial technology sector. Driven by a passion for advanced spatial systems and intelligent data platforms, I pursued my Master’s in Computer Science in the United States, graduating with a 3.9 GPA from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
Over the years, I have evolved from a data-focused analyst into an enterprise GIS and spatial systems specialist. I design and administer enterprise geospatial environments, develop automated ETL workflows, and build dashboards that transform complex operational data into clear, actionable insights. My work bridges GIS, business intelligence, and data engineering — integrating spatial data with SQL databases, cloud platforms, and analytics tools to create scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
In U.S. local government environments, I have supported utilities, public safety, inspections, zoning, permitting, and infrastructure operations by developing enterprise GIS architectures, automation frameworks, and performance dashboards. I am particularly passionate about improving operational efficiency, ensuring data governance, and reducing manual effort through intelligent automation.
My technical foundation spans ArcGIS Enterprise, spatial databases, Python, SQL Server, ETL pipelines, cloud data processing, and BI integrations. Beyond implementation, I am deeply interested in GeoAI, machine learning, and predictive spatial modeling — with a long-term vision of contributing to smart city analytics and intelligent infrastructure systems.
